Doug Smith has been working with the Booneville Mississippi church of Christ since November of 2021. He is the former preacher for the Dalraida church of Christ in Montgomery, Alabama where he served for twenty years. He preached for the Blackwater Macedonia church of Christ for ten years as the Beans Ferry church of Christ for three years. He has been married to the former Jodie Phillips since 1987 and has three grown children and four grandchildren.
Doug is a graduate of Mars Hill Bible School in Florence, Alabama and received his Bachelors Degree in Bible from Freed Hardeman University as well as a Masters Degree in Bible from Amridge University.
Doug preaches is several gospel meetings each year as well as on various lectureship programs and other events.
